SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

SHIPPING METHODS

Shipments are made throughout Italy and abroad.

Shipping to Italy takes place via Poste Delivery of Poste Italiane or UPS or Bartolini Express Courier. Delivery usually takes place in 1-2 working days for most locations in Italy, and in approximately 2-5 working days for the islands.

The shipment is always equipped with a tracking number and traceable online.

WHY DO COURIERS REQUIRE A TELEPHONE CONTACT?

Private couriers require the recipient's telephone contact, which can be useful in case of need to contact the recipient (wrong or incomplete address, absent recipient, etc.) or to modify the shipment.

HOW TO COMPLETE SHIPPING INFORMATION

It is essential that the shipping address is complete in all its parts to ensure that delivery takes place within the indicated times and without delays.

Make sure your address contains:
- name and surname
- street and house number if present (if not present, write snc)
- further details if present (staircase, interior, c/o etc.)
- Postal code, city and province
- telephone number (if you have selected delivery by express courier)

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Processing and delivery times are to be considered purely indicative, calculated on the basis of the production times of each item, the availability of the items and the courier's delivery times.

Any delivery delays caused by the courier are not attributable to Claim Yourself Jewelry . In some particularly busy periods of the year, such as Christmas, order processing may be delayed.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

When can I request a refund?

There are several cases in which you can decide to request a refund:

1. If a package is not collected at the post office where it is stored, it will be returned to the sender, and this is up to you.
If you decide to request a refund in this case, please note that any tax applied by Etsy and any third parties will be your responsibility, as the failure to collect was not my fault. Shipping costs will not be refundable.


2. There are a series of cases that I reserve the right to evaluate and discuss, so don't worry and contact me calmly, we will discuss them together and find a solution.

Can I return an item?

The return is accepted following presentation of a valid reason:

item very different from the photos and description, wrong size or measurement.
In this case the shipping costs are at my expense.

If the return depends on personal taste and not on an objective and valid reason, you must communicate your intention within 3 days of receiving the item. Return shipping costs will be paid by the buyer, as will any shipping costs for a new item if you want to make an exchange.

I received a damaged item, wrong quantity, wrong item

In this case, the reshipment of a new item or the refund (partial or complete depending on the case) will be my responsibility, after evaluating the situation. You will be able to request a refund or replacement within 1 day of receiving the item.

It is not possible to request a return for the following product categories:

- earrings (for hygienic reasons)
- personalized and/or made-to-measure items
- digital articles

In addition to the quality of the raw materials, a crucial aspect is the care of our jewels. To ensure that they are our traveling companions for a long time, it is very important to follow these tips:

  • Wear your jewelry after applying creams, perfumes and lotions and remove it before going to sleep

  • When not worn, store your jewelery in the original packaging or in a jewelery box to avoid contact with humidity and air

  • Do not wear your jewelry while: showering, playing sports or while at the beach or pool.
