SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
NATIONAL SHIPPING (ITALY ONLY)
Shipping within Italy is carried out by Bartolini courier or Poste Delivery or Chrono service by Poste Italiane for a fixed cost of €5.50. In some cases or upon request, we ship with express couriers such as UPS. Delivery usually takes 2-3 working days for most locations in Italy, and approximately 2-5 working days for the islands.
Shipping always includes a tracking number and is traceable online.
Free shipping throughout Italy for orders over €70.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We mostly ship via Bartolini DPD carrier for most European countries. We also use tracked mail "Raccomandata Internazionale" by Poste Italiane, our national postal service, for certain countries such as Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and Switzerland.
All shipments come with a tracking number* and all parcels require signature upon delivery.
Costs:
EU countries, UK: €11,50. Free for orders over €100
Other countries: €14. Free for orders over €150
US: standard flat rate: €32, UPS or DHL carrier
UPDATE regarding shipments to the United States after new tariffs law application:
We have restored shipments to the US via UPS and DHL Express carrier. Delivery takes 2-7 working days.
Very IMPORTANT: buyers are responsible for paying costs such as duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs clearance fees. Such costs are not included in shipping amount.
Refund requests will NOT be accepted for this reason.

EU: 5-21 business days
Canada: 7-28 business days
Rest of the world: 7-35 business days
*due to internal factors beyond our control the tracking service doesn't work for the following countries: Canada and Israel**. Parcels are still delivered without any problems.

WHY DO COURIERS REQUIRE A PHONE CONTACT?
Private couriers require the recipient's phone number, which can be useful in case they need to contact the recipient (wrong or incomplete address, recipient absent, etc.) or to modify the shipment.
HOW TO COMPLETE SHIPPING INFORMATION
It is essential that the shipping address is complete in all its parts to ensure that delivery takes place within the indicated times and without delays.
Make sure your address contains:
- full name
- street and house number if present (if not present, write s.n.c.)
- additional details if present (staircase, interior, c/o etc.)
- postal code, city, and province
- telephone number (if you have selected express courier delivery)
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Processing and delivery times are purely indicative, calculated based on the production times of each item, the availability of items, and the courier's delivery times.
Any delivery delays caused by the courier are not attributable to Claim Yourself Jewelry. During particularly busy periods of the year, such as Christmas, order fulfillment may experience delays.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
When can I ask for a refund?
There are several cases in which you can decide to request a refund:
1. If a package is not collected from the post office where it is held, it will be returned to the sender, and this depends on you.
If you decide to request a refund in this case, please note that any fees applied by Etsy and any third parties will be at your expense, as the non-collection was not my fault. Shipping costs will not be refundable.
2. There are a number of cases that I reserve the right to evaluate and discuss, so don't worry and feel free to contact me, we will discuss it together and find a solution.
Can I return an item?
Returns are accepted upon presentation of a valid reason:
item very different from photos and description, wrong size or measurement.
In this case, shipping costs are at my expense.
If the return is due to personal taste and not an objective and valid reason, you must communicate your intention within 3 days of receiving the item. Shipping costs for the return will be borne by the buyer, as will any shipping costs for a new item if you wish to make an exchange.
I received a damaged item, incorrect quantity, wrong item
In this case, the reshipment of a new item or a refund (partial or full depending on the case) will be at my expense, after evaluating the situation. You can request a refund or replacement within 1 day of receiving the item.
Returns are not possible for the following product categories:
- earrings (for hygienic reasons)
- personalized and/or custom-made items
- digital items

Quality is a fundamental element of every piece of jewelry. I work with care and attention to find ever better materials to ensure a long life for my creations.
In addition to the quality of the raw materials, a crucial aspect is the care of our jewelry. To ensure they are our travel companions for a long time, it is very important to follow these tips:
- Wear your jewelry after applying creams, perfumes, and lotions, and remove it before going to sleep
- When not worn, store your jewelry in its original packaging or in a jewelry box to avoid contact with moisture and air
- Do not wear your jewelry while: showering, playing sports, or while at the beach or in the pool.
